Update 3:45pm Thursday by Dave

Carol just got back from her first walk. They told us during her consult that she would only go 15-20 feet for the first walk. Would you believe she circled the entire ward - a distance of 300+ feet!!! That has made her tired and so we will defer the trip outside for now. She was up for 3 hours and will probably sleep a bit now. Also her fever is gone.

    Praise God, the fever is gone. Sounds like Carol is doing great. She is certainly a go getter. Dee called this morning to check on her as they are out of town and could not get the blog from where they are staying. I will call Rosa and give her an update for the praryer chain. Judy Bird is in the hospital and they do not have a diagnosis yet. Marj. G
