Carol K's Journey

We are back home from Seaside and it was a great trip. The weather was beautiful. Seaside was crowded but we found a parking spot. We brought our lunch along and ate it at a park in Seaside. Then we window-shopped as we walked up and down the street that leads to the middle of the promenade. Afterwards we drove to Gearhart and then on to our new discovery, Sunset Beach and the trailhead for the Fort to Sea Trail. Sunset Beach is one of the few beaches in Oregon where you can drive and park on the beach. We didn't drive it, but we did park for a while and enjoyed the sounds and sights of being right on the beach. Then we went on to Astoria where we ate an early dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Stephanie's Cabin.

Finally my ProTime is at 2.0 where it should be. Now I hear that they want it to go even higher than 2.0. Tomorrow is my follow-up appointment with my cardiologist, Dr. Angel.
