Update 9am Friday by Dave

I just talked with Carol on the phone and she sounded pretty good. Her voice was a bit weak but I think that is because they have her up getting lots of things done and she gets tired easily. She did say that the Artrial Fib problem had gone away so that is good news. I'll be heading there shortly and will probably update here after lunch or so.

    I wonder if Carol is completely out of the anesthesia's influence now. It has a long-reaching effect, so that the patient often has no recollection of the first 3 days after surgery.

    It's a thrill to hear good reports from you, Dave; but my fervent prayers are still coming!
