Yesterday Jonathan hit rush hour in Seattle, Federal Way, and Tacoma, so he didn’t get here until around 8:30 pm. His car was full of stuff, but the good news is that he thinks that the rest of his stuff will fit in his next and last load. He won’t need to borrow our mini-van. He’s proud of his car, a red 1994 BMW, and likes to drive it.
He left this morning to go back up to Bellingham, and washed his car before he went. It was a good day for it because it’s been very hot the last two days. As I said, he’s proud of his car and takes good care of it. ;) Saturday is his last day of work at Fred Meyer (Kroger) and they are having a good-bye celebration for him. He is an ace fruit-cutter and the job has taught him a good work ethic. If he had stayed 6 more months he would have reached the level of journeyman.

Jonathan is certainly a nice looking young man. Sounds like he is going to be undergoing quite intensive training. My hats off to him.
ReplyDeleteWe wish him the very best in his future. He will do great!! I really like the way you showed his pictures in a timeline sort of way. Nice effect.

Your son is a handsome fellow. I'm sure he'll do well at the academy. Good for him for accomplishing so much at only 21! Enjoy your visit.
