Today's blog entry is not medically-related. Sinclair Ferguson quoted the following passage in his book A Heart for God. I find it very inspiring:

The goal is God Himself
Not joy, nor peace;
Not even blessing.
But Himself, my God.
'Tis His to lead me there,
Not mine, but His--
At any cost, dear Lord,
By any road.

    Feel free to post it, Layne. We need to be reminded often that God does the seeking, and the converting, and the growing of us. We often give ourselves way too much credit. We were created by Him for His glory. That is our purpose--to glorify Him. May God lead each of us to Him. Carol
